Humility :  There may be a strong ego evidenced, with problems enhanced because of pride. The opposite of pride is understood as being humility. It is looking upon oneself as a servant to others. One does not feel or act superior to others and is not a respector of persons.

The Lord promotes whom He will. He puts down one and sets up another. To be set up(promoted) is not the time to proudly boast(Psa. 75:5-7). The one who would be first, let him be the servant of all, for the last shall be first and the first last (Matt. 20:16).
